Babu to perform at Mani Martin’s live concert

Rwanda’s youngest rapper Arnold Shema, aka Babu is set to heat up the stage at Mani Martin’s live concert, scheduled for September 1, at Kigali Serena hotel.

With his hit single, Ebikorwa currently dominating Rwanda’s radio stations, Babu is taking on the local Hip-hop scene.

In an interview with The New Times, Babu said that he wants inspire other children to learn from him. The singer also urged parents and guardians to support their children’s talent.

“I would like to invite all music lovers and our fans to the show. The concert will be 100% live because we want to give our fans the best concert,” said Babu.

The 12-year-old will perform alongside famous names, such as Ras Kayaga and Kesho.

Babu has not looked back since he joined the industry in 2009 at the age of 8. His hit track R’imwe kabiri propelled him to the big stage on the music scene; while his single, That’s My Name has won him a loyal following.
