Travel Agents (TASOTA) are organising a seminar for local and international corporate business corporations in Dar es Salaam next month. An American consultant and customer service strategist, Mr John Tschohl is among those expected in the one-day seminar.

TASOTA Chairman Moustafa Khataw told the ‘Daily News’ over the weekend that the consultant will be in Dar es Salaam and asked businesspeople to take the advantage of his presence, “This is an opportunity for corporate businesses to learn how to survive and improve efficiency in the business.”
He said the main subject of the seminar would be strategies to achieve excellence through customer service which is critical in today’s global competitive market place. Mr Tschohl has consulted many large organisations, including 3M Medical Specialties, Chevon USA, CocaCola Femsa of Mexico, DHL Express, Dollar Rent-A-Car, Eastman KODAK and Elizabeth Arden
