The Harambee Stars camp was boosted by the arrival of two foreign based players ahead of Sunday’sWorld Cup qualifier against Namibia at Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani.
Top striker Dennis Oliech who plays for Ajaccio in the French Ligue One and midfielder Jamal Mohammedwho plays in Oman trained with the team yesterday morning.
Oliech has been recalled to the team despite falling out with coach Adel Amrouche ahead of the last World Cup qualifier against Malawi when he declined to travel with the team.
Stars Assistant Coach James Nandwa said team captain and Sunderland midfielder Victor Mugubi Wanyama together with the rest of the foreign based players are expected in camp today.
“Everything is going on fine and we expect the rest of the foreign based players to arrive today,” he added.

Elsewhere, Namibia arrives on Wednesday in readiness for the match. The team assembled on Sunday when a 24 man squad was named to start preparations for the fixture.
Platinum Stars striker Henrico Botes was left out of the Brave Warriors squad.
According to Windhoek Sport, the decision to leave out Botes is informed by the need to give younger strikers an opportunity. The striker recently returned from injury but scored for his club in the MTN 8 semi-final first leg match last Saturday.
He also played a significant role in rescuing a point for his team in a 1-1 draw against Mamelodi Sundowns in a recent Premier Soccer League (PSL) tie after coming on as a substitute in the 63rd minute.
But with Botes due to turn 34 in December, Warriors Coach Ricardo Mannetti has perhaps decided to give younger strikers a chance to play, especially since the clash against Kenya is dead rubber. Kenya and Namibia are already eliminated from the hunt to qualify for the 2014 World Cup.
