Jamie-Lynn Sigler Welcomes Baby Boy With Fiance Cutter Dykstra

The former star on ’The Sopranos’ gave birth to a son, her first child with her baseball player beau, on August 28.

It’s baby boom in Hollywood. The latest joining the diaper-duty club is first-time mom Jamie-Lynn Sigler. The actress best known for her role as the precocious Meadow Sopranos on HBO’s series “The Sopranos” has just welcomed a baby boy.

Sigler gave birth to her son on Wednesday afternoon, August 28. The baby is the first child for both the “Guys with Kids” star and her fiance, baseball player Cutter Dykstra. “Both mother and baby are doing great!” her representative said in a statement.

Jamie-Lynn, 32, and Cutter, 24, got engaged in January and revealed the baby news in February. She said the first few months into her pregnancy “were not fun.” “I got hit pretty hard,” she revealed. But she’s lucky that her pregnancy came on right time as many of her friends including Jenna Dewan-Tatum were expecting too.

“It’s such a blessing to go through this with your friends and to call each other for questions, and the fact that I am last [means] they’ll all have a couple of months on me,” the actress said. “It will be good to get their advice.”

Early this month, Sigler threw a baby shower attended by her celebrity friends like ”Glee” star Lea Michele, former NSYNC member Lance Bass, and “7th Heaven” actress Beverley Mitchell. Another pal, Joanna Garcia, who just gave birth in May was present as well.
