The Kabaka of Buganda, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II has arrived at Bulange Mengo to open the 21st session of the Lukiiko (Buganda parliament).

The Kabaka clad in a white Kanzu and a red royal gown was accompanied by the Nabagereka Sylvia Nagginda. He was welcomed by the by Katikkiro, Charles Peter Mayiga.
