Vodacom Premier League holders Simba SC has continued to brighten its Mainland Premier League journey after defeating JKT Ruvu by 2-0 at National Stadium in Dar es Salaam this evening.

JKT Ruvu-Simba match, at the first minutes seemed to be as the two sides fight but transformed after Amri Kiemba counted Simba goal and change the score board. Until the first half break, Simba was leading by 1-0.
The second half started in Simba favour after Simba midfielder, Haruna Moshi Boban scored the second goal assuring Simba to collect three points in the second Premier League match.
It should be remembered that Simba started their defending campaign with 3-0 win against Dar es Salaam based African Lyon team.
In other matches, Tanzania Prisons drew with Coastal Union from Tanga (1-1), Azam FC got 2-2 draw against Toto Africans, Kagera Sugar drew against JKT Oljoro, Ruvu Shooting defeated Mgambo JKT by 2-1 and African Lyon defeated Police Morogoro by 1-0 victory.
