She has always denied undergoing any form of plastic surgery, admitting only to ‘trying botox.’ But Kim Kardashian’s face looked suspiciously frozen in time as she stepped out for dinner with a girlfriend on Friday night.
The newly engaged star’s forehead looked perfectly smooth and there was barely a hint of a wrinkle under her heavily made-up eyes.
Her top lip looked extra plump in contrast to pictures of her taken as far back as 2006, before the Kardashian family reached the dizzy heights of reality success.
Admittedly, Kim’s face has undergone several changes over the past year after she became pregnant with baby North, born back in June.
The weight gain meant her already prominent pout became larger, which she attributed to having ‘pregnancy lips.’
‘My pregnancy lips are outta control #IGuessNotABadProblemToHave,’ she wrote back in May, alongside a snapshot of her pout via Twitter.
She was also forced to deny reports that she had been receiving botox injections while pregnant with North.
A spokesperson for the reality star said in May: ‘It’s absurd and NOT true!’
The report in In Touch magazine had alleged: ‘She’s still getting injections even though she’s seven months pregnant.’
‘She’s become more neurotic than ever about her looks,’ a family insider told the magazine. ‘She’ll do anything to be beautiful.’
Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Jon A. Perlman, who does not treat Kim, told the magazine ‘the lack of upper facial wrinkling and expression suggest Botox. Her skin is too smooth.’
Kim has always strongly denied ever having had plastic surgery, and even underwent an X-ray of her bottom on a previous episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians to prove she had not had implants.
Talking previously about the speculation, Kim said: ‘Rumours don’t bother me anymore. I’ve read that I’ve had my lips done. I’ve always had big lips. Look at my baby pictures. It’s ridiculous.
‘Or they’ll show one picture of me today and one tomorrow, and say I’ve had my nose done in between. When? Didn’t you just see me yesterday?
‘And how many times have I “had my butt done”? People’s logic is so weird. I don’t know why they bother!’
Kim showed off her svelte figure in a black belted dress with netted sleeves and skirt as she enjoyed a girl’s night out with friends Lisa and Brittany Gastineau at a Beverly Hills restaurant.
The star was without baby North and her new fiancé Kanye West for a girl’s night out with her friend.
