Life just couldn’t get any better for tiny train fan Madeline Dubois.
Adorable footage shows the excited three-year-old from Nashville, Tenn., leaping up and down and squeaking with delight as she gets ready for her first ever train ride.
“Look at how it goes to us,” Madeline says in wide-eyed delight as it rolls towards the platform.
The clip, filmed by her dad Daniel, has gone viral in the last two days – with hundreds of thousands logging on to see her delightful expressions.
But it was in fact first uploaded to YouTube for family and friends more than two years ago, only gaining traction this week when an unknown person posted it to Reddit.
Daniel, who was tracked down by ABCNews.com, said of his now five-year-old daughter, “If she reacted in terror, it would have been different. At that age, they’re so honest and sincere, and I love that raw excitement. We used to live where we would cross train tracks a lot and she was so fascinated with them. She was like, ‘I wanna ride a train,’ so we did that for her birthday. We didn’t know quite how she would react.”
