Microsoft announced lately about 150 games would be streamed through the so-called xCloud or the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription service that is being launched on the Android smartphones and tablets.
The xCloud will be made available in twenty-two countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Austria, Canada, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, Hungary, Germany, France, Sweden, South Korea, Slovakia, Spain, Portugal and Poland.
However, some of the popular tiles could be missed in the list of 150 games. The bundle is learned not to be including EA’s Play titles.
The gaming giant said earlier EA Play will be added to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. However, it will be missed on xCloud until later this holiday.
Meanwhile, Microsoft is trying to improve the xCloud and the touch controls would be more efficient. Minecraft Dungeons will be the first game equipped with touch controls to be launched. Earlier, Microsoft demonstrated Gears 5 touch controls.
The xCloud unfortunately will not be made available on Apples iPhones and iPads as the iDevice giant earlier blocked the xCloud services. Apple wants Microsoft to submit the games as separate apps through the streaming technology.
However, Microsoft has not yet revealed whether the games will be added to the iOS through the streaming tech. The company is not happy with the requirement of Apple.
Microsoft said the statement of Apple is a bad experience for gaming customers using iPhone or iPad.
