A series of mass shootings and bombings had taken place on the late evening of November 13, 2015 in French capital Paris that killed more than 150 innocent people at six different locations including a soccer stadium and concert hall.
Le Bataclan Theatre
The worst bloodshed was at the Bataclan theater on Boutevard Voltaire in the 11th arrondissement during the musical performance of American rock group, the Eagles of Death Metal band, to music lovers of about 1,500.
Four calm and determined gunmen opened fire with AK-47 assault rifles and threw grenades for about 20 minutes indiscriminately on the crowd after an hour into the concert shouting “Allahu akbar” and killing about 100 people.
All the four attackers were killed. Three died by detonating suicide belts and the remaining one was hit by police.
Stade de France
Three suicide bombings took place outside the Stade de France about 25 minutes after the international friendly soccer match between France and Germany kicked off. French President Francois Hollande was safely evacuated from the stadium. Later, all the fans were evacuated safely under the monitoring of police at all exits of the venue. Five deaths and 10 injured have been confirmed outside the stadium after the explosions.
Rue de Charonne & La Casa Nostra
Eighteen people were killed by two attackers at the terrace of La Belle Equipe restaurant in the 11th arrondissement. Several shots were also fired at the terrace of Italian restaurant La Casa Nostra in Rue de la Fontaine-au-Roi south of Rue Bichat. Five people were killed here.
