Dressed in a form fitting black dress with a leather bustier, Jessica teetered along the black carpet in a pair of black strappy sandals and matching black nail varnish.
With her hair pinned back in a sexy side sweep and sporting an orange pout, the 31-year old, who had only just returned from a family jaunt to London, showed no signs of fatigue or jet-lag.
The crowd went wild when the mother-of-two walked onto stage to present a new game.
Stunned by their enthusiastic reception she shouted out: ‘I wanna see you guys every night!’
The event pays tribute to the year’s absolute best in gaming and features exclusive world premieres of the most anticipated games of the future.
Present by Samuel L.Jackson, the evening was also attended by reality TV star Jack Osbourne and his wife Lisa Stelly, who enjoyed a night out without their seven-month-old daughter Pearl.
‘Whoever’s in charge of the bleep button, keep your finger ready,’he joked before dropping his second of several F-bombs throughout the night.
British born Camilla Luddington, best known for her role as Catherine Middleton in the 2011 film William & Kate and currently starring on Grey’s Anatomy, gave Alba a run for her money.
The 28-year-old, who is the voice of Lara Croft in the latest Tombraider game, wore a sexy strapless leather dress with zip detailing.
Video game veteran Ali Hillis, the Open Water actress who has lent for voice to over 18 games, looked chic in a blue silk sheath dress.
Self- professed video game addict and America’s Next Top Model winner Adrianne Curry tweeted excitedly throughout the event.
‘The Walking Dead cast is like Visa…everywhere I want to be,’ she gushed after spotting cast members Danai Gurira, Norman Reedus and Steven Yeun as they arrived at the Sony Studios.
The video game The Walking Dead: The Game, was up against Assassin’s Creed III, Dishonored, Journey and Mass Effect III for Game of the Year.
Performers at the event included the newly rebranded Snoop Lion.
The recently converted Rastafarian appeared on stage sitting on a huge throne and dressed in red, gold and green garb much to the delight of the crowd.
Actor Jack Black’s band Tenacious D also took to the stage for a musical performance.
