The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) has picked 40 coaches from both the Mainland and Zanzibar, tasked to help sport and unearth new talents for the future national team ‘Taifa Stars’.

TFF Information Officer, Boniface Wambura said on Tuesday that the coaching panel will be required to report at the federation’s office on Saturday for further instructions.
Wambura named the coaches as Abdul Mingange, Ali Mayay, Boniface Pawasa, Mshindo Msolla, Elly Mzozo, Fred Minziro, Kenny Mwaisabula, Khalid Abeid, Madaraka Selemani and Mohamed Mwameja all from Dar es Salaam).
Others from Dar es Salaam are Musa Kissoki, Nicholas Mihayo, Patrick Rweyemamu, Salvatory Edward, Sebastian Nkoma, Sekilojo Chambua, Steven Nemes, Idd Kipingu, Sunday Manara, Tiborowa Jonas, Yusuf Macho and Zamoyoni Mogela.
The list also has Ayoub Selemani , Ali Bushiri, Hafidh Badru, Jabir Seleman, Shaban Ramadhan all from Zanzibar. Ally Mtumwa and Madaraka Bendera from Arusha, Edward Hiza and Salum Mayanga (Morogoro), Abdallah Hussein (Kilimanjaro) and Dan Korosso (Mbeya).
Others are Idd Simba and John Tegete (Mwanza), George Komba (Dodoma), Hamimu Mawazo (Mtwara), Juma Mgunda (Tanga) Mbarouk Nyenga (Coast), Peter Magomba (Singida), Peter Mhina (Ruvuma),
Meanwhile, Wambura confirmed yesterday that the federation has suspended the use of electronic tickets for the Mainland Premier League, pending a detailed assessment of the new technology.
In another development, Dar es Salaam based company Quality Group Limited has dished out 10m/- to support the federation’s development programmes.
