Kigali, Rwanda – August 28, 2013. – Tigo Rwanda, the most innovative telecommunications operator in the country, inaugurated today its new Service Centre in Nyamirambo, Biryogo.
As part of the company’s plans to provide easier access to all clients, the company opened the store to bring its range of products and services closer to the people.
“We are delighted to open our new store to Nyamirambo. It will showcase our great services and bring them near where people live and work.” said Rene Bascope, Head of Corporate Services and Customer Operations, at Tigo Rwanda.
In addition to offering customer care services, the new Service Centre also has an “Experience Zone” that offers people the chance to sample Tigo products. Customers can enjoy hands-on experience on a variety of handsets and tablets and are able to settle their post-paid bills.
The opening of the Nyamirambo-Biryogo Centre is line with Tigo Rwanda’s commitment to continually improve the quality of services offered to customers across the country.
Tigo now has thirteen Service Centers, with seven located in the upcountry towns of Rubavu, Musanze, Muhanga, Rusizi, Huye and Nyagatare while the rest are in Kigali City and its suburbs.
