Two people died mysteriously in separate incidents which occurred on Tuesday in Dar es Salaam.

In the first incident, a body was found in a forest at Buza in Temeke municipality on Tuesday evening. Temeke Regional Police Commander (RPC), Engelbert Kiondo, said that the name of the deceased was yet to be established, but said his age was estimated to be between 20 and 25 years.
He said the body bore injuries on the head and that it was preserved at Temeke Municipal Council Hospital for a post-mortem and identification.
In another incident, the body of a man identified as Mashaba, aged between 30 and 35, was found along Charambe Street in Upanga West, Ilala municipality.
Ilala Regional Police Commander (RPC), Ms Marietha Minangi said yesterday that the body bore no injuries.
Ms Minangi added that the deceased had a habit of drinking illicit liquer and that the body was preserved at Muhimbili National Hospital (MNH) for a postmortem while the police continues with investigation.
