Health minister Dr. Agnes Binagwaho (C) with a delegation of US Congressmen at Kicukiro Health Centre yesterday. The eight-person delegation, led by Senator Lindsey Graham, is in the country to witness what Rwanda has achieved in regards to the prevention and treatment of HIV/Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
Their focus is mainly on the achievements attained through funding partnerships by the government of Rwanda, the Global Fund, and the US government’s President’s Emergency Plan for Aids Relief (PEPFAR) and other support agencies.
