Bonite Bottlers handed over cash prizes and brand new Honda Boda Boda to first winners of a two-month promotion popularly known as Amsha Maisha Yako na Coca-Cola—raise your life with CocaCola. The countrywide campaign was officially launched in Bonite territory on September 9, 2013.
The winner of the motorcycle, Delight Mwanri, a resident of Mianzini in Arusha said “I consider myself lucky to have won a brand new motorcycle in this promotion to which I had paid little attention. It will easy my going to the farm that far away from where I live.”
A total of 200 motorcycles and 400m/- are up for grab in the promotion. Those who received 1m/- cash prizes yesterday include Bahati Kyando, Jackson Lukumai and Amedeus Beda from Arusha, Augustina Kisoka and Hamadi Rajab residents of Moshi.
The 500,000/- prizes went to Askedem Sikawa and Joshua Mbata from Arusha, Bertha Mushi and Peter Mchau of Moshi, “I thank God that I have won this amount of money which I have never come across in my life. I am particularly happy because my daughter has been selected to join a nursing college and I did not know where I could raise her fee from,” said Bahati Kyando a Boda Boda operator.
Ms Augustina Kisoka, another 1m/- winner said she would open a bank account in the name of her grandson. “This will help us pay his school fees,” she said, thanking the beverage firm for dishing out the money. Presenting the prizes, Bonite Head of Sales and Marketing Christopher Loiruk appreciated the support his company was receiving from consumers, pledging to continue rendering the best service.
